- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ZERO STARS. if you can avoid using this facility by all means do! NEVER have I been to an establishment whose staff members carry themselves as if you are bothering them... don't bother to call and ask questions. you're better off driving to Hancock County, the staff there is much nicer and 1000× more helpful.By Alexandria Jordan, September 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They were extremely rude and gave me hardly any privacy. They wouldnt answer my questions and kept treating me like i was just a number. I did not feel important to them. I am definitely not going back to this place. And i do not recommend it for anyone!! They need to open the Biloxi location back up. I am currently still in the waiting room. Been here for 2 hours.
