- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I contracted this office to file my tax return. After a couple weeks, I called to check in on my return. I was given general information, but nothing specific to my return. In the following couple of weeks, when I would call for information, I was frequently told that someone would call me back to provide me with information, but they never did. When I went to the office, I was given general information about certain laws and potential delays, but never any information specific to my account. After several weeks of attempts to contact someone, I had to call the IRS to get information regarding my return. I was told by this office that my return had been submitted, but the IRS had no record of it. My return had not been submitted at all. I honestly hate giving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous.
