- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It took 20+ days from ordering the appraisal to actually getting the report... the "72 hour" turnaround time boasted about on her website is absurd. It took 8 days from her completing the appraisal (after two weeks of my bank and realtor begging her to complete it) to actually sending in the report. Her last of professionalism and inability to do the job that I as the home purchaser paid her to do has forced me to push back closing on my home twice. On the phone she called my agent "stupid" and "ignorant" because she was unwilling to break the law. She also got facts about the contract of sale on the house in the appraisal. In any future home purchase or sale, I will request that the parties involved do not use Ms. Buchanan for appraisals.By Jessie Elizabeth Shifalo, August 01, 2017
